The Wedding Business Novel
Marriange Of Convenience Novel
C28
After the cold winter wind blew through the branches, all that was left were bare branches. It had snowed all night, and instead of flowers, white snow piled on the branches welcomed Bianca.
The gardener removed the snow from the ground in advance for the lady who usually goes for a walk. Thanks to this, Bianca was able to walk slowly through the conservatory. Some of the snow had melted and there was a pool of water, but Yvonne was steering Bianca deftly.
There was nothing to see because it was winter, but Bianca liked the simple, dry feel of the conservatory. In fact, she not only liked winter, but the garden itself.
Comparable to buying luxuries or decorating a room. While all the responsibilities of the lord's wife were delegated to Vincent, Bianca paid close attention to yard work, but it was one thing as a “teacher” that Bianca handled.
Bianca likes gardens like this, and she usually walks around the garden as much as she can, but today she finished her walk early without even walking much.
Yvonne met Bianca's eyes, worried that she might have been paying attention to her outfit. It was ridiculous as a servant that her mistress couldn't do what she wanted because she was too worried about her subordinates. Bianca, who read Yvonne's thoughts, slowly shook her head and muttered to herself.
-Today I am tired.
"Are you tired?"
As soon as she heard Bianca talking to herself, Yvonne asked me. Bianca's complexion had been bad ever since Zachary stopped by during the day. Concern grew in Yvonne's eyes, not even dreaming that Bianca was making an excuse.
-Yes. I have been busy with many things since this morning. Oh, now that I think about it, my hands hurt a little.
“Come to think of it, I forgot to apply herbal water to it before I went for a walk today. What should I do?
As soon as Bianca spoke, Yvonne made a fuss. Bianca shrugged gracefully and continued to lie matter-of-factly.
“Well…I wasn't in the mood at the time. You can do it now.
-Yes. I will go and prepare it.
Yvonne believed Bianca's words and ran towards the castle step by step. Dirt splattered under her shoes, but she ran regardless of the mud.
A smile crept across Bianca's lips as she watched her. It's good that someone is desperately doing something for her. An unknown sensation tickled Bianca's fingertips. Similar to the warmth of a stove.
While smiling to herself like that, Bianca made eye contact with Gaspard, who was standing behind her. Afraid to meet the deep blue eyes staring back at her, Bianca reflexively hardened her lips.
Bianca knew what others thought of her. They whispered that even Bianca's smile might have ulterior motives. Gaspard wouldn't take it well either.
Embarrassed, Bianca coughed loudly, then turned around and hid her face as if nothing had happened. She then headed to the castle following Yvonne.
Gaspard silently followed Bianca's steps forward. Her face was still, but her eyes swayed constantly with slight ripples, as if a stone had been thrown into a still lake.

Shortly after Bianca returned to her room, Yvonne arrived with the same herbal water as yesterday and put a poultice on her hands. After that, she had a light meal and soaked her tired body in the bathtub. The tiredness that she had accumulated from the daily routine was gradually released into the warm water.
In summer, when the roses are in full bloom, the rose petals would have floated, but in winter, the flowers were not available, so rose oil or dried citron flakes were used for fragrance. As she inhaled deeply the scent that tickled the tip of her nose, the steam from the hot bath water moistened her nostrils.
While Bianca bathed, Yvonne heated the inside of Bianca's bed with a copper stove. The coal was inside the stove, and when it was placed on the blanket, the bed became warm. Since Bianca is always very cold, Bianca's bed was always heated from fall to early spring.
It wasn't just that. Bianca's bed had a canopy attached to keep the heat in the bed. The thick fabric prevented cold wind from seeping through and the warm bedding did not get cold.
Bianca's bedding today was a gold silk sheet embroidered with gold thread. It was thickly stuffed with feathers, and the inside of the comforter was lined with soft, warm fur.
Yvonne sniffed the scent of the sachet at the head of the bed, careful not to set the bedding on fire. The sachet filled with musk, lavender, ambergris, and saffron was still full of fragrance.
So it won't replace it yet. Yvonne buried the bag again in the space between the pillows.
It wasn't long before Bianca finished her bath and returned to her room. Bianca's pajamas were as fine and transparent as the wings of a cicada, and her neckline and sleeves were decorated with lace and ruffles. The white pajamas wrapped around her slender body and fell gently. It was too cold to wear just a thin nightgown, so Bianca covered herself with the sable fur.
Yvonne dried Bianca's hair. Her wet hair looked darker than usual, even looking like the feathers of a black raven.
After she finished drying her hair, Bianca dismissed Yvonne and was left alone in the great room. She was wearing fur, but her thin nightgown gave him the creeps. Bianca shivered and moved to the bed that was supposed to be warm.
Bianca climbed onto the bed with the canopy rolled back, sinking into the warm bedding, pulling the blanket up to her shoulders. Lying on the bed, Ella Bianca stared blankly at the flickering candle. The candle placed next to the bed illuminated the room in such a way that she could be dimly distinguished.
As he gazed at the bright scarlet light of the candlelight, his heart quivered as if he were looking at the sunset.
With a sense of agitation, the past came to mind, sometimes dealing with matters of the present day, and other times about days older and farther away.
Bianca remembered the walk she had with Yvonne and Gaspard today. Although it was embarrassing that Zachary and the other commanders came to visit in the morning, thinking about it, the day itself was very pleasant. Bianca smiled involuntarily, remembering Yvonne's face when she handed her the squirrel skin.
Gaspard was more direct and less talkative than I expected. Of course, he is not without his presence, since sometimes his gaze feels annoying, but it was convenient, since he could use it right away without having to call a servant if he needed to use force. the.
Tomorrow she wants to embroider in her room, but until then, will Gaspard be by her side? Maybe so. He is a man who listens to anything Zachary commands him to do. Bianca tossed and turned in her bed, thinking about tomorrow's schedule. Then she heard a sound as if someone had arrived.
Who comes at this hour?
Bianca blinked angrily.
The sound of uninvited footsteps was impeccable. In order not to offend Bianca, the maids would silence their footsteps when they entered her room. Bianca, who had a rough idea of her opponent, got up from the bed with a low sigh. The blanket fell to the line of her shoulders.
At the same time, an uninvited guest entered Bianca's room. As expected, the midnight invader was her husband, Zachary.
Zachary paused as if surprised by the light in the darkened room, but breathed a sigh of relief when he saw Bianca get up from the bed. It didn't look like she was sleeping. Dressed in white pajamas, Bianca stood out clearly in the dark. Zachari spoke to Bianca implicitly.
-You were Sleeping?
“I was getting ready for bed. Lately, I see you very often.
Bianca replied, getting fully to her feet. She was getting cold fast in just her thin pajamas, so Bianca reached for the fur she'd stripped off by the bed. Pulling the fur over her shoulders, Bianca slid off the bed.
Her skirt got caught between the sheets and her bare legs suddenly slid off the bed. Bianca, taken aback by her immodesty, scrambled to grab her skirt.
But the opponent was Zachary. Her husband.
The person you have to convince to sleep with her. Bianca's hand, tugging at her skirt, stopped.
